We have established this Privacy Policy to inform customers and clients of the information we may collect from you and how we look after your personal data when you engage with our company. Please take a moment to review the terms of our Privacy Policy. By providing us with Personal Information, you agree to accept the terms of our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not provide us with any Personal Information.

Only Today will:

  • Inform users of all information collected, length of time it is preserved, how it’s used and whether and how it is shared with other entities

  • Encrypt and secure all customer data

  • Ensure all email list building and marketing strategies are GDPR compliant

  • Allow customers to decide how their data can be used

Data Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us. We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data. These include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices, and security measures, as well as physical security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data. We restrict access to Personal Information to Only Today employees, contractors, and agents who need to know that information in order to operate, develop, or improve our services. As a company, we require all passwords, if stored, to use a password management service and require 2-factor authentication to be enabled whenever it is available.

We have put in place procedures to deal with any suspected personal data breach and will notify you and any applicable regulator of a breach where we are legally required to do so. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data retention

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.

Personal Information/Data We May Collect

Personal Information means any information that may be used to identify an individual/company, including, but not limited to, a first and last name, a home, business, or other physical address, a phone number, and an email address. We collect Personal Information only when such information is voluntarily provided to us, including, without limitation, in connection with inquiries about our services,  if you apply for a job, if you request support from us, if you interact with our social media accounts, or in the process of your business transactions with us. We will keep your Personal Information for as long as necessary or according to your instructions.

How We May Use Your Information

If you provide us with Personal Information, we may retain and use that information for several purposes, including facilitating and otherwise addressing your inquiry, request, deliverables, or business transactions and relationship with Only Today as well as for internal business purposes, such as billing, statistics, fraud monitoring, and expanding and improving our Services and Deliverables.

Who We May Share Your Information With

We may sometimes use subcontractors to perform certain services for us. We may provide Personal Information to those subcontractors when that information is necessary for them to complete a project. Only Today will take reasonable steps to ensure that these third-party subcontractors are obligated to protect Personal Information on our behalf. Only Today will not sell or share your Personal Information with any unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. We reserve the right to disclose such information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property, other Clients, or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities. We also reserve the right to disclose such information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it. Only Today acknowledges and agrees that we shall remain fully liable for any acts or omissions of its Subcontractors.

Your legal rights

Under certain circumstances, you have rights under data protection laws in relation to your personal data. Except as may otherwise be required by Applicable Law, at your choice, Only Today shall promptly delete or return (and procure that its Subcontractors promptly delete or return) all information upon completion of the Services (if applicable) or the termination of the Agreement, whichever is earlier, or upon your request. We will demonstrate to your reasonable satisfaction that we have taken such measures. Where Applicable Law prevents us from returning or deleting all or part of information, we will preserve the confidentiality of the information retained. Cookies

The Company, in common with many website operators, may use standard technology called “cookies” on its Sites. Cookies are small data files that are downloaded onto your computer when you visit a particular website. You can disable cookies by turning them off in your browser; however, some areas of the Sites may not function properly if you do so.

Children's Privacy

The Company considers the protection of children’s privacy, especially online, to be of the utmost importance. We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children nor do we allow them to become registered users of, or to request information through, our Sites or help-seeking information lines.
